Fundamentals of Industrial Security Training

AMPI is funding a cohort of participants to take part in a one-day Industrial Cyber Security training course on 26th November 2026, designed to build essential knowledge for today’s increasingly connected manufacturing environments. As machinery and automation become more digitised, understanding cyber risk is critical — this course provides a clear, practical introduction to key concepts, common threats, and the regulatory landscape, helping participants confidently engage with cyber security challenges in an industrial context.

Through a blend of expert insight and real-world examples, attendees will learn how cyber attacks impact industrial systems and explore effective ways to reduce risk, particularly at the machinery level. As part of AMPI’s wider 2026 training programme, this session supports organisations to strengthen resilience, protect operations, and make more informed decisions as they adopt advanced and digitally enabled manufacturing technologies.
